Agreed clarifications to WSRM Charter

Karl:

At the April 08 Teleconference meeting of the WSRM TC, we voted to make 
the following clarifications to the WSRM Charter:

1) Delete the following bullet item from �out of scope� list:

�	Synchronous RPC at the application level

2) Add the following bullet item to the �out of scope� list, immediately 
after the existing �Message Integrity� bullet:

�	Mechanisms to protect against corruption of an individual message



These changes were accepted unanimously, as reported in the minutes of 
the 4/08/03 WSRM TC meeting.

Could you make these changes to the charter posted on the web site?
