Offer to host Jan 2004 f2f

Hi,
   Tom asked me if Oracle would consider hosting the face 2 face in 
January, 2004 during the week we have decided on. It seems that space is in 
our conference center is in high demand for that time. I managed to reserve 
the last available room in our conference center at HQ (at Redwood Shores) 
for wed-fri, Jan 14-16, 2004. The TC has met there before, so I think you 
all have a good idea of what the logistics/facilities are like.
   I would appreciate it if the TC could quickly make a decision, so that I 
can release the space if the TC decides on a different alternative.
