Failed Web Services Reliable Messaging (WSRM) TC IPR Transition Ballot

    The OASIS Web Services Reliable Messaging (WSRM) TC has conducted a Transition Approval Ballot under the rules
provided by the OASIS IPR Transition Policy [1]. The ballot results are visible to OASIS members at [2]. The ballot to
apply the current (2005) OASIS IPR Policy to the TC's operations, and adopt the "RF on Limited Terms" IPR mode, FAILED.
The TC will continue to operate under the Legacy IPR Policy until such time that an IPR Transition Approval Ballot is
successful or until 15 April 2007 at which time the TC must close as defined in the IPR Transition Policy Section 3.10.
