I got swamped at the end of the year and so did not finish applying the
editorial changes until this morning. In addition to uploading the new wd
version, I have posted a cd version to Mary McRae with a request to place
it on the docs server and start a ballot to approve cd07 as a Committee
Specification. I would also remind people that the ballot to approve
submitting the spec for consideration as an OASIS standard can not start
until use statements have been posted to the email list by three companies.
