From: "Seth Proctor" <[email protected]> With version 18 of the spec & schema, a new element called Function has snuck into the Apply type. I don't remember seeing any discussion of this, so I'm a little unclear on what it's supposed to be used for. The spec suggests that it has something to do with Bag values, but that's about all it says. What is the point of this element?
