Subject: Need a reapproval of the motion for XACML 3.0 Privacy Policy Profile

Members of the XACML TC,

I started work on the Committee Spec Draft and public review for XACML 3.0 Privacy Policy Profile and quickly noted a small problem. Probably a cut & paste error (I do that plenty myself) however the TC approved the SAML 2.0 Profile of XACML instead of the Privacy Policy. Here is the motion...

We can resolve this quickly:

- Confirm for me the correct file you intended to approve. Was it https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xacml/download.php/52453/xacml-3.0-privacy-v1.0-wd09.doc?

- Vote to approve a new motion in your next TC meeting...

    I move that the TC approve XACML v3.0 Privacy Policy Profile Version 1.0 WD-09 and
    any associated artifacts packaged together in:
   <url to wd 09> 
    as a Committee Specification Draft, designate the DOC version of the document as
    authoritative and release for 15 day public review.
   Steven: I second
   VOTE: APPROVED unanimously
   ACTION: Chairs will submit to TC Admin

- Email me the link to the revised minutes with the new approval. I will update the ticket with that new approval link.

After you confirm or correct the file intended, I will continue with its preparation for public review so that we don't lose any time. That way, as soon as I have the revised approval, I can proceed with the PR.
