A reminder of today's unofficial XRI TC telecon.

Our key agenda item today is to closely review the following document:

This has the proposed error table and flowcharts for XRI Resolution 2.0
Working Draft 10. We reviewed it and made several key improvements on last
night's US/Asia call. We'd like today's US/Europe call to be the final stage
of preliminary review before committing this to Working Draft 10.
