what happened to the ds:KeyInfo-as-child-of-Link element?�

I was imagining host-metas to look something like this (note how balfanz.net is handing off signing to its hosting provider google.com in the URITemplate):

I didn't join the call today since I didn't know ds:KeyInfo was an endangered species. Draft 07 looked good to me :-)
