XML.org DITA Editorial Board,
Attached is a quick draft describing the editorial policy and background information on the XML.org Focus Areas. It is very rough at
this stage, as specifics on the wiki are still TBD, and we need to investigate the copyright info more fully. Comments are welcome.

We will also need to develop brief instructions for adding/editing content on specific pages--e.g., how to add a press release, how
to add an event, how to contribute content to the best practices guide, etc. If the Board will be assigning members to oversee
specific pages, we can work on those separately.

Looking forward to today's call at 2:00.

Carol
