I've asked Greg (the OASIS IT guy) for some help in configuring
Freelinking.  I still think it's our best option as it implements true
Wiki-style linking in Drupal.

I'd be inclined to disable it .. especially, at least for now, the links
don't actually go anywhere. Also, it seems a little random to flag only
camel case words.
