DITA soapbox

The Transitional Text poll and forum (http://dita.xml.org/forum/85) are both
up. Please review and let me know if they look okay. I seeded the Forum with a
first post, but JoAnn, you might want to replace/edit that with your own
message as forum "host".
Seth should be adding the soapbox to the homepage today. When that's up, JoAnn,
can you post a message to dita-users and encourage people to visit the site?
