1. Editorial Board mailing list/web page
JoAnn confirmed that EdBoard members who couldn't attend, Bruce, Amber, Kay,
Robin, and Michael, do wish to continue participation.
AI: Carol to remove non-participants from mailing list and Sponsors page. 

2. Posting sample docs
Su-Laine reported a problem with uploading zip files to the site. Neil
confirmed the strong likelihood that Drupal 5.1 will be able to accept zip
files, so this problem should go away once we transition.

3. Wiki
Su-Laine demonstrated her scratchpad wiki on mediawiki. Neil confirmed that
most of the capabilities we need may be accomplished using Drupal.
AI: Neil to transition site to 5.1, then work with EdBoard to configure needed
functionality. 
AI: Editorial board to review and edit Su-Laine's draft ToC and Categories at
http://scratchpad.wikia.com/wiki/dita, so we'll be ready to implement them once
the transition is complete.
AI: Editorial board to brainstorm on wiki policies prior to next call.
