Cleaning up DITA EdBoard list

Time for some housekeeping. We need to ensure the DITA XML.org EdBoard mailing
list and http://dita.xml.org/editorial-board are up-to-date.

If you'd like to remain as an active participant in the Editorial Board and you
are unable to make tomorrow's monthly call, please send regrets to JoAnn. I'll
update the mailing list subscribers accordingly after the call.

Please also check http://dita.xml.org/editorial-board. Active EdBoard members
should be sure their current bios are posted there. 

While the EdBoard doesn't operate under strict participation requirements, we
do expect that members are committed to actively contributing to the guidance
of the web site.
