DITA FAQ forums

Now that forums are working properly, I created four DITA FAQ forums at
http://dita.xml.org/forum/faq:
- General DITA questions
- Map architecture questions
- Topic architecture questions
- Tips and techniques

Hopefully, this will make it easier for people to view, comment, add, and
discuss issues. The Forums will also give us a place to post summaries of
issues discussed on the dita-users mailing list.

I copied four of the FAQ pages in the Knowledge base http://dita.xml.org/faq
into these Forums, but I wasn't sure what to do about three other pages in this
section:

This is just one question that seems like it should go into one of the FAQ
Forums. Don, can you move this into the appropriate forum?

DITA Fact sheet: http://dita.xml.org/node/1228
Should all these be integrated into the "General DITA questions" forum? Is
there overlap with what's here?

Should we make this into a wiki page?

Are there other FAQ forums we should create to spark dialogue?
