Thanks to Bob for all this work. The pages look beautiful.

A few basic questions:

-Did the authors grant their approval for us to post this to the wiki?

-Do the authors want to enable others to directly edit the text (wiki) or would
they prefer to only allow people to append comments?

-If they don't want allow direct edits, let me know, and I'll try to adjust the
permissions.

-How do we want to allow people to navigate the document--go from page to page?
This seems like where the Drupal book page concept would work well, no?

I created first draft pages for the DITA Maturity Model.
