Improvements to DITA XML.org wiki

The improvements to the Wiki KB are so great (thanks to Bob, Scott, and everyone else who contributed) that perhaps JoAnn should send a note to the yahoo list, just to tell people we've made major changes and invite them to check it out. (Past notices to the yahoo list have always resulted in a spike in readers.)
