Transitioning DITA XML.org to DITA Adoption

How would you like us to handle the transition of the DITA XML.org EdBoard to the DITA Adoption Committee? We can give EdBoard members a deadline (two weeks?) to join the Committee, then discontinue use of the dita-fa-edboard@lists.xml.org mailing list. Keeping both lists active will cause confusion.
