Check the www.techno.com page and see if the article
by Ralph Ferris and Victoria Newcomb is still there.
If that isn't available, send email to Steve Newcomb
or Ralph and see if it is still around.
Folks have been publishing beginner's articles on
AFs for some time (including Tag several years ago).
Now, of course, AFs were a moving target like XML
for that period too.
