Will that enable us to write DSSSL stylesheets as XML?
I tried to convert "-//James Clark//DTD DSSSL Style Sheet//EN" to XML,
but got stuck at <!ATTLIST #NOTATION DSSSL> (nsgmls -wxml told me I
couldn't write an ATTLIST for a NOTATION in XML). (It also told me I
needed a system identifier for the notation, but I assume that it will
change to reflect the recent decision by the WG).
