Many thanks to Jack Bolles for creating a single-document version of the 
latest versions of the XSchema spec.

It isn't final yet - there are still some questions being hashed out - but if 
you'd like to take a look at the spec as a single piece, it's now available. 
(It makes a lot more sense that way, actually!)
