     Hi all:

I am trying to create an sample prototype in XML that has
international contents. Several questions has arised as
     follows:

       1. in what form we want to store user input (internationally)
           * a structure or just simple Unicode

       2. Does Unicode really work in XML ? I used Near&Far Design to
create XML DTD - there are 3 encoding schemes: UTF-8 , IOS 8859-1
and UNICODE. I don't know how is it look like in XML which contains
     interational data.

     Please enlighten me,

     Greatly appreciate

     Sean Ng
