Please do NOT:
	- crosspost to lists including XML-DEV
	- post attachments to XML-DEV postings.

It generates a LARGE amount of unnecessary bandwidth. *I* and other people
on this list have to pay real money to receive these postings. It also
fills up disks.

XML is about managing information carefully and re-using it, not generating
electronic noise.
