PLEASE, everyone, do NOT *attach* anything to postings to XML-DEV. It
confuses the recipients, the hypermailer, etc. It also now costs
individuals and (UK) universities real money for WWW traffic. [I assume
that this was generated automatically by some mailing software - PLEASE
SWITCH THIS OPTION OFF].
