We got stuck. I know the DOM level 1 spec says that editing DocumntType
nodes is verbotten, but can't you create one somehow for new documents. What
if you are writing an up translator, say from a database and want to make it
a valid document, by including either a DTD URI or the complete DOCTYPE
entry. What are we missing here?
