Based on the message I just read from David Megginson, I wanted to emphasize
something:  When I say "consultant", I am by no means an "XML consultant".
I consider myself more of a "web development consultant".  I just happened
to find XML easy to use in my projects whenever "information" had to be
shuttled back and forth.
