   Namespaces and Well-formedness

Hi there,

this is more a philosophical question ;-)

Is a XML construct like

<ns1:el xmlns:ns1="http://namespace/a" 
        xmlns:ns2="http://namespace/a">
</ns2:el>

well-formed?

Syntactical not -- semantical yes ...
