yes. but the fact that _mere_ mortals can read XML is VERY different
from saying that _real_ mortals should see it.

um, you will accept that "hand-coders" are a very very small
proportion of the potential Gutenberg users?

someone will say in a minute that it is the right of every citizen to
read XML, and that its the American way to type in your own < and > ::::}}}}}}
