That's correct. There are no 2000-02-25-compliant validators out
there that I'm aware of. Various partial implementations are
available (Xerces, Extensibility) and various are in the works. We
have a pre-alpha under construction here which we hope to release
through the W3C Real Soon Now. There's a small matter of getting the
WD 'finished' that keeps getting in my way :-)
