xml-dev - RE: MSXML on Win 2000 and transformNode

IE5 is going to use the default component (from MSXML 2.0) unless you run
the xmlinst.exe file that comes with the new releases (2.6 & 3.0). That's
the thing I can think of that would account for the difference in behavior.
