Unfortunately, I've been having problems joining SourceForge in the last few days as the membership confirmation email has never shown up after repeated requests.

I have proposed an open-source collaboration effort for an XSLT transform collection that had some initial interest on Apache, but it petered out fairly quickly.  I was hoping to use SourceForge as a
home for XSLT transforms of XML Schemas.

I think that it is probably appropriate to not have a monolythic xml-dev project, but to let each individual initiative pick out its committers, etc.

If I every get the projects set up on SourceForge, I'll send an invite here in case anyone is interested in annotating schema for schema or perhaps schema for XSLT.
