Besides this new stylesheet work, there are several slightly out-of-date 
publication tools linked from the documentation 
(http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/06/xmlspec-report-v21.htm), and I know that 
various W3C working groups have developed their own variants.

If you have further questions (or offers of stylesheets!), let me know.
