Andre Radke: "After I got stumped while working on the decoding of SOAP
messages, I put in a lot of time yesterday studying IBM's implementation in
Java. Encoding and decoding SOAP messages is nowhere near as straightforward
as for XML-RPC, but the IBM stuff gave me quite a few clues about how to
approach this task. I think I understand all the major issues now and have
some ideas how to solve them."

An interesting discussion is developing there with Andre and Ken MacLeod
participating. We hope to get other SOAP implementors to share their
experiences, to decide what interop means now, in May 2000.
