hello,
according to the ISO-8601 hours are represented by a value between 01 and
24. IMO this should be a value between 00 and 23, but that is not why I am
writing this.
The XML schema part 2 WD, see http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#isoformats,
says the following:
"h -- represents a digit used in the time element "hour". The two digits in
a hh format can have values from 0 to 12."
Is this a typo or am I missing something here?
