And any such association is purely circumstantial and has no defined
meaning, as far as the current namespace spec is concerned.
The use of names beginning with "http://" when there was nothing you could
reach via the HTTP protocol was obviously an appalling decision (and I said
so at the time) but it's water under the bridge and too late to change.
