That's not true.  XSL has all of the aural properties from CSS2, and those, 
taken together with just the block and inline objects, allows for 
moderately sophisticated audio presentation.  It's not possible to produce, 
for example, an audio play with overlapping voices (at least not without 
some background-sound hackery), but it's passable - in 
theory.  Implementation is an entirely different story, of course.
