Yet another ROTFLMAO article on XML
is in InfoWorld. This one tries to
explain the relationships among all
of the XML family of specs (A+ for
effort; C- for correctness). It
mentions the complexity issues of
XML plus all the other specs and this
is relevant to current discussions I
suggest that we not only consider how
the XML community "feels" about schema
complexity (much easier than DTDs
according to the article because "DTDs
are the hardest thing about XML") but
also be sensitive to how this is all
perceived outside the community.
And The XML doc hits the floor and
goes WOMP!
