   4expat.org setup, need expat developers

Following on from my previous message here about problems with varying
versions of expat, I've setup the domain 4expat.org, and a mailing list
bootstrap@4expat.org, which will be used to get things going. What I need
now is the people who are developing the core bits and pieces that use
expat to join the mailing list. These include, off the top of my head:

Clark Cooper (XML::Parser)
Greg Stein (mod_dav, Apache)
Someone from the PHP team
Someone from the Sablotron/gingerall team
Steve Ball (TclExpat)
Someone from the pyexpat project.

And anyone else developing core components using expat. Its probably not
worth anyone who is just using expat in a C project from joining in at
this point, but I can setup a expat-users@4expat.org mailing list if
anyone is interested in just using expat.

So if you're listed above, please send a blank mail to:

	mailto:bootstrap-subscribe@4expat.org

This will be a short term list until we can sort out a plan of
action. Expect traffic to be pretty low. Oh, and obviously James Clark is
welcome if he's interested in continuing to help this project.

Again - this project aims to correct the problem with conflicting versions
of expat in people's projects, aiming to produce a single stable complete
DSO version of expat that people can dynamically link to their projects,
rather than distribute with their application.
