Can you summarize that here for us so we 
can compare it to the understanding that 
it is simply an RDF service to other 
objects in the system?  If it is this, 
then I think it is another service to  
business objects to quickly narrow the 
scope of a resource discovery process.

IOW, there are many ways to assert 

   If This And This Are This, Do This.

So far, all I have to go on is that 
RDF will be easier and cheaper.  That 
is good if so.  On the other hand, logistically, 
it also should be more reliable or have 
some other qualities given that we have 
other means, code in place, and people 
trained.  It can't save costs in the s
short term so we can't move ahead unless 
we justify it in a broader view of 
the overall application framework.

On quality might be that by using RDF, 
we have as with other XML languages, a 
more portable description which leads 
to greater interoperability of the 
inference services.  If so, good.

It's not an official W3C document, and is written for non-specialists, but
there's enough in Tim's "Weaving the Web" book to at least see an outline.
