could they ever afford us?
True Story: I asked Joan Smith (SGML Elder) years ago
why we weren't taking SGML to help start businesses in
countries in the crumbling Soviet bloc. She
replied dryly in her perfectly crisp British
accent, "Becaaaaussee, Len, they have noo money."
But I see. Ok, enterprise rules.
