Seems to show that Microsoft is giving more consideration to the
Standards than IBM !

I have also been surprised to see how similar they are to the Sun terms
in the XPointer CR.
Is it a move to "open standards" keeping track of the individual
contributions ?
Maybe we will soon see disclaimers such as: "Lines 385-420 submitted by
BigCompany.inc that will grant upon written request...".
