Re: ebXML released?

Not the whole spec is released but the transport spec have been upgraded
to 0.98 .
The release date for ebXML 1.0 is still in May at the meeting 
in Vienna.

Maybe they leapt ahead.  The article doesn't quite seem to live up to its
