XML for software development and internal/external technicalspecifications

Hi,

I am looking for some work about :
 - XML DTD/Architecture to describe software development (spec, user guide,
manual, technical, change log, ...)
 - XML DTDs that describe the management of a technical development from the
specification to the production (internal specification, external
specification, tasks, workpackages and so on).
