Re: PEs in Default Attribute Values

Thanks Richard, it seems the core WG has already reached consensus and it is
one I happily agree with.   I will email the Oasis Conformance editors to
inform them of the error.

Just to clarify, Richard is referring to the text in XML 1.0, section 4.4.
