Hi,
IE desplays XML files as they are.
In order to view them (like HTML) in a browser you need to convert it with
XSLT.
Another possibility is to use a Cascading Stylesheet (CSS).
For more information about this standards to present an XML file in browser
point your browser to http://www.W3c.org

Hello everyone
I am using XML note pad (Microsoft). I am able to create xml files. When I
run the file the file is opened in Internet Explorer, but the tags are
visible. How do I get rid of this tags?
<name> Wells <name>
In this case the tag <name> appears when the file is opened in the Internet
Explorer.
thank you
Prince
