Well actually, a meta-light-bulb joke would be something like:

Q: How many people of a certain group does it take to change a light
bulb?

A: One or more persons to carry out one of several lightbulb related
tasks, each task analogous to characteristic behaviors of the group in
question, which the author seeks to satirize.

The hilarity of that joke why you see so few meta-comedians.
