By the way, what do you think the status of RDF knowledge
bases should be with respect to copyright, downstream
reuse, etc? Should they be subject to the Collections
of Information Antipiracy Act?

If there is no protection, it is not IP = intellectual property.
"No right without a remedy." Short of patent protection, ideas/concepts
are not IP.
