Microsoft has a converter at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/sample.asp?url=/msdn-files/027/001/539/m
sdncompositedoc.xml&frame=true. This converts to the Schema CR release, so
it is only a starting point. Once there, XML Spy can convert for CR to Rec.
