RE: Schema Components



What about the registry at XML.org (http://www.xml.org/xml/registry.jsp)? It
looks like anyone can submit a schema to it. It's sponsored by OASIS, but
you don't need to join OASIS or pay any fee (as far as I can tell); you just
have to register.
