I imagine those DTDs are just generated by merging the DTDs of RDDL and
XHTML, with namespace prefixes, though?
This is fine if somebody's made one for *that combination*. I presume
there would be multiple possible DTDs for each combination of basic DTDs
involved, depending on where it's considered legal to insert things from
other namespaces, too.
RDDL won't help with finding any such DTD, no, but it does something else
instead!
