Hi,

    DTD has the default data type of #PCDATA. XML schema also have some datatypes. But i have an application(in java), where i will have derived datatypes like Octet, enum, wchar etc, to which i will be mapping these data's. Now i am planning to write a parser to map to these datatypes. Is there any other way to do this?. Your advice would really help me on this.
